Join a group class or attend online
Throughout the Covid-19 lockdown and social distancing measures, our online classes have helped our community stay in touch with their mind/body movement journey. With the easing restrictions these classes are available to join in-person in the spacious and well-ventilated auditorium at Seaford Baptist Church. Online classes cost £10 / In-person £12 per session with your own mat. For people who have been financially affected by the pandemic a donation based on pay what you can afford is accepted for in-person and zoom classes. In-person class places are limited so pre-booking is essential. Class info is below – please get in touch using the contact form below for details how to join.
IN-PERSON AT SEAFORD BAPTIST CHURCH & LIVE STREAMED VIA ZOOM:
MONDAY, 7.15 – 8.30pm – PILATES FUSION – A strong and supportive practice combining Pilates matwork with standing poses and sequences for a challenging and dynamic session, finishing with relaxation.
WEDNESDAY, 9.30 – 10.40 am – EVERY BODY PILATES – A steady class for all, with adaptations working with various musculoskeletal conditions .
WEDNESDAY, 11am – 12pm – CHAIR-BASED PILATES – An uplifting class with seated and standing exercises for posture, strength and balance especially for anyone who finds floor work less suitable.
THURSDAY, 6.30-7.30pm – EVERY BODY PILATES – Welcome back to the mat! Let’s build back strength, flexibility and balance. (In-person class only)
SATURDAY, 9.30-10.40am – PILATES FLOW – reconnect mind to body through the Pilates repertoire to build strength, balance and control, finishing with a self-nurturing relaxation.

SEQUENCES FOR EXERCISING OUTDOORS
If you are limited for space indoors or timeout without distraction – DO IT OUTSIDE! the great and green outdoors awaits you! These standing sequences will strengthen your core, balance, breath – be prepared to sweat! Stay in touch for socially distanced outdoor group classes in due course.
WANT TO RECEIVE PRINTED EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS?
Existing clients can receive instruction sheets to download as a PDF or even a print version in the post for 1) basic back care protocol, 2) chair-based class or 3) posture and balance with a soft ball.
