This course will introduce Pilates with modifications to enable people who are concerned about bone mass density, balance and posture, to exercise safely and effectively promote optimum bone health.
Low impact, weight-bearing exercise, training for better posture and balance can help to keep bones healthier, reduce risk of falls and build confidence for moving forward after a diagnosis of Osteopenia or Osteoporosis. This course is also suitable for anyone who wants to exercise to support bone health.
