Introduction to the Hypopressive Method

The Hypopressive method is a series of postures combined with a breathing technique that helps you build up core strength through reducing abdominal pressure. It is used for the treatment of stress incontinence, prolapse, hernias and lower back pain. It can improve posture, metabolism, sexual function and breathing technique.
