We have a variety of teachers, styles and class times throughout the week.
However, due to the Covid-19 Lockdown and social distancing measures the studio is currently closed and we have moved some of our classes online.
I suffer from pain and anxiety and thought I would try pilates. Zara is extremely knowledgeable, kind and approachable. I have just finished the last of my one to one lessons and I feel energised and like a new person. On Tuesday i will be challenging a massive anxiety barrier by going to the Pilates class. Zara has taught me how to say "I can do this!"
I started going to Pilates with Karen after being unwell for quite some time, because of this I was out of shape. Karen very gently showed me how I could once again take control of my body and gradually I felt like a totally different person. I think I would have continued going forever had I not moved out of the area. I would highly recommend Karen's classes.
